By accessing or using the Orlando Swamp Cats website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
01 Use of the Site
This site is provided for informational purposes and for members of the Orlando Swamp Cats adult ice hockey club. You may use it for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically download content without written permission.
02 Member Accounts
Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
03 User-Submitted Content

06 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando Swamp Cats and its officers, members, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.
07 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
